Contact and information requests

If you choose the “Send me more information” email option, your email application opens a message to Ben’s Growth Guaranteed inbox. The draft includes the offer and any short campaign codes from this visit. You can edit it and control what to send. Your name, email and message are used to answer your request and assess the relevant service. Google Workspace processes messages delivered to this business inbox. Please avoid sensitive information. Contacting us or booking a call does not subscribe you to promotional email.

Enquiry forms and plan selection

Our forms are hosted by HighLevel / LeadConnector. When you submit, they store your name, business name, email, phone, selected plan when supplied, enquiry consent and campaign attribution to respond to your request and arrange an introductory call. Selecting a plan does not start payment. Optional marketing consent is separate. Do not submit sensitive information. Repeated submissions may update an existing contact while retaining separate submission records.

Booking a call

Booking links take you directly to Cal.com. The links include the business and offer, along with non-personal campaign codes from the current visit (source, medium, campaign, term, content, rep and niche). Cal.com processes information you enter for scheduling under its own terms. Booking-link clicks are not completed bookings or payments; this site has no completed-booking or payment reporting integration.

Analytics and choices

Google Analytics and session recording remain disabled. With your advertising-measurement permission, TikTok Pixel sends page visits and technical device/network information, which may include IP address and browser information, to TikTok for ad measurement and optimization. Automatic advanced matching and enhanced data postback are off; we do not call identify or send names, email addresses or phone numbers as event properties. First-party TikTok cookies are disabled in our setup. TikTok may process information outside Canada under its own privacy terms. Rejecting measurement does not prevent you from viewing offers or booking a call. The Privacy choices control provides accept, reject and withdrawal choices; the preference is stored only in your browser for 180 days. The new advertising choice is separate from any older analytics choice. No TikTok script loads before acceptance. Withdrawal stops measurement and reloads the page to remove the loaded script; it cannot retract events already sent. Booking clicks are not reported as confirmed bookings, and no lead conversion is reported without verified successful storage. Campaign parameters are restricted to short non-personal codes and carried into internal links, booking links and the editable information-email draft without storing a browsing history. Never include names, email addresses, phone numbers or confidential details in campaign codes.

Hosting, fonts and demonstrations

The site is hosted by OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting may process technical logs, including IP address, requested URL and request time, for operation, security and reliability. Cloudflare also adds background browser checks to help identify automated traffic. These checks use technical browser signals and may set a cf_clearance security cookie under Cloudflare’s settings. They are separate from optional analytics. The site’s pages and stylesheets request Google Fonts from Google’s font services, which may receive your IP address and other technical request information. The interactive pipeline and reviews demonstration are local illustrations: their controls send no customer details and do not represent actual sales, reviews or payments.

Providers and retention

Our hosting, email and scheduling providers may process information outside Canada under their own terms and safeguards. Email correspondence is retained while needed to respond, maintain a business relationship or meet legal obligations. There is currently no automated inquiry-deletion schedule or verified single retention period across all providers. Browser privacy preferences expire after 180 days; provider logs and records follow their configured retention settings. No public lead spreadsheet, shared audience or recurring promotional campaign is connected by this website. We do not sell personal information.

You may ask to access or correct information, request deletion, or withdraw consent where applicable by emailing ben@growthguaranteed.xyz at 2692643 ALBERTA LTD. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained. This policy describes the current website flows; data handling for client services is documented separately.
